Your data

Your job search stays yours.

What we collect, why, for how long, and how to erase it all.

Who is responsible

System Marketing Agency Sàrl, Geneva, Switzerland (UID CHE-328.476.032), publisher of Moonjob. We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP, “nLPD”) and, for our customers in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

Why

For one thing only: sorting job offers for you and sending them to you. Your CV and your profile are used to understand your background and to judge whether each offer suits you. They are never sold, never shared with a recruiter or an employer, and never used for advertising.

What we never do

Where your data is stored

The website and your files are hosted by Cloudflare. Offers are sorted on our own servers: your CV is not entrusted to any external analysis service. Payments go through Stripe.

For how long

For the whole duration of your subscription, then 30 days after it ends, so that you can resume if you wish. On simple request, everything is erased within 48 hours. Invoices are kept for 10 years, as required by law.

Your rights

At any time, you can access, correct, export or erase your data, and withdraw your consent. A request through the contact form is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or with the authority of your country, such as the CNIL in France.

Cookies

No advertising or tracking cookies. The form only keeps your draft in your browser, so that you can take a break.
